R & D project "Extending the professional activity of the inhabitants of the eastern Polish - opportunities and threats", carried out by one of the members of the Academy of Entrepreneurship Podkarpacka cluster. The aim of the project is to identify the conditions and possibilities of delaying the activation and activity of people aged 50+ with Polish eastern areas. Implementation of the project is carried out in three stages and aims to m.in .:
Identify barriers to employment for people aged 50+ by employers.
Internal identification (attributable to the beliefs of people aged 50+) and external (market conditions, economic) activation barriers and extend the working age understood as employment and self employment.
Identification of the most anticipated forms of support for entrepreneurs and people 50+ to extend the working life.
The result of the work carried out in the framework of the research project is to develop a scientific monograph entitled. "Extending the professional activity of the inhabitants of the eastern Polish - opportunities and threats." Developed monograph will be a comprehensive compendium of information on the tests conducted in the framework of the above. project research work, how to conduct research, research tools used, adopted the concept of the analyzes, evaluations and their results. The results of the study will be used for the preparation and implementation of projects for the 50+ age group. These projects will be on, inter alia, activation of people over 50 years of age, health, rehabilitation and business start-ups.
